Albacore canned tuna is white-meat with a subtle flavor and meaty texture. All our Albacore tuna are caught using either Pole&Line or long line fishing with the use of circle hooks to minimize by-catch. Our canned light tuna is made from skipjack tuna which has a slightly pinker color and more intense flavour. Both are dolphin safe and delicious.

Our white tuna is the albacore variety available as solid white, flaked white, and solid white low sodium. Its qualities make it a good substitute for chicken. Tuna burgers, casseroles and pasta are a healthy, tasty alternative to meat. In fact, you can swap in tuna for many recipes that call for ground turkey or chicken. Rotini or penne topped with a tuna and tomato sauce is delicious. We love pasta sauce made with garlic, onion, chopped tomatoes, a pinch of chili powder and, of course, a can of flaked white tuna.
